On January 24, 2006, Traffic.com successfully completed an Initial Public Offering raising $78.6 million. The Company began trading on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol TRFC. On November 6, 2006, Traffic.com announced it had reached an agreement to be acquired by NAVTEQ Corporation (NYSE: NVT) for approximately $47 million in cash plus 4.1 million shares of NAVTEQ common stock equating to a total deal value of roughly $179 million. The company currently operates as a subsidiary of NAVTEQ.

On January 5, 2007 Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) completed its all-cash acquisition of Good Technology in a transaction valued at approximately $480 million. The Company currently operates as a division of Motorola called Motorola Good Technology Group.

The Company brought mobile and fixed-network operators around the world the ability to quickly, securely and profitably deliver voice, data and video services over all-IP networks. 550 service providers and enterprises worldwide used Next Point’s IntelliConnect system to manage technical complexities, optimize business economics, and remove partnership hurdles.

On January 4, 2008, our portfolio company NexTone Communications, Inc. completed its merger with Reef Point Systems, Inc. The combined company became known as NextPoint Networks, Inc. On September 16, 2008, Nextpoint was acquired by Genband, Inc., a leading supplier of secure, IP infrastructure products and solutions for mobile and fixed line service providers worldwide. Nextpoint products and services have become part of the rapidly expanding portfolio of Genband IP-gateway related products and services.

Telecom Transport Management, Inc. (or TTM) provides innovative wireless backhaul solutions to the largest cellular carriers in the U.S. TTM builds and operates fully managed backhaul networks for wireless operators. TTM follows a fiber to the cell site design approach and employs licensed microwave systems to expand its cell site reach within a market. The Company is capitalizing on the growing demand and use of wireless data and the need to provide greater bandwidth and efficient transport for those services. TTM is targeting a select set of regional markets initially, including Richmond, Norfolk, suburban Philadelphia, Southern New Jersey, Minneapolis, and Miami.
